The Fractional Bid Desk

Your Deal Desk Lead (for less than the cost of an AE).

I embed as your fractional Bid Desk lead. Managing your pipeline, library freshness, and redlining so you can scale without headcount.

The Commitment (Why Choose This?)

Growing SaaS teams hit a "Death Zone" where volume is too high for your sales team but too low for a full-time hire. I bridge that gap.

  • Consistency: A dedicated expert managing your procurement pipeline.

  • Infrastructure: Providing templated response documents for key answers in RFP’s I respond to for your records.

  • Commercial Protection: Includes "Deal Desk Lite" support to identify all commercial risks for your legal team on every project.

What Counts as a Project?

To help you gauge capacity, a single "Project" slot is defined as one of the following deliverables (standard complexity):

  • Standard RFP Response: Full management of a bid (<75 pages) from kickoff to submission.

  • Security Questionnaire: Full management of a standard risk assessment (<200 questions).

  • Content Library Sprint: A dedicated audit and update of ~30 new Q&A pairs to keep your library fresh. Ex: Company Experience, Key Differentiators, InfoSec Policy, etc.

Note: Complex Projects (>75 pages and/or over 200 rows) typically count as 2 slots and will be confirmed prior to the project kickoff.
