What I Need to Get Started

  • For the Project Sponsor (2-3 Hours): Provide insight for your tool’s diagnostic session and coordinating all applicable training sessions.

  • For the SMEs (1 Hour): "How to Review Fast." I teach your Product/Tech leads how to validate answers and manage your updated response library.

  • For Sales (1 Hour): "How to Self-Serve." I teach your reps how to generate their own proposals using the new templates so they stop pinging you for basics.
